- BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A booking is confirmed once we receive:
- A written confirmation by email or booking form
- A 30 percent deposit of the total safari cost
- Full payment for park permits, domestic flights or other non-refundable services (if applicable)
The balance payment is due 45 days before the start of the safari.
For bookings made less than 45 days before travel, full payment is required immediately.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card (transaction fees may apply)
- Online payment link (if available)
- Mobile money transfer (East Africa only)
All bank transfer fees must be covered by the Client.
- CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

Please note: Non-refundable services such as permits, flights and bank fees are not included in refunds.
- BOOKING CHANGES
We will assist with itinerary changes whenever possible. However:
- Changes requested within 30 days of departure may incur additional costs
- Safari dates are subject to availability
- Reducing the number of safari days is non-refundable
- PRICES
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include:
- Accommodation and meals as per itinerary
- Ground transport
- Professional English-speaking guide
- Park and concession fees
Prices exclude:
- International flights
- Visas
- Travel and medical insurance
- Tips and personal expenses
- Drinks, unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change if there are increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel prices or currency fluctuations.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is compulsory. Coverage must include:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergency and evacuation
- Personal accident covers
- We may request proof of insurance before travel.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel. It is recommended to consult a doctor regarding vaccinations and malaria prevention. Wildcapture Safaris is not responsible for illness, injury or death during travel.
- PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Clients are responsible for securing:
- A valid passport (minimum six months before expiry)
- A Tanzania entry visa
- Yellow fever certificate (if required)
- COMPANY LIABILITY
Wildcapture Safaris acts with care and professionalism but is not responsible for:
- Loss, damage or theft of personal belongings
- Delays, cancellations or changes caused by airlines
- Natural events such as weather, park restrictions or road conditions
- Injury, illness or accidents during the safari
We retain the right to adjust or cancel any part of a safari itinerary due to safety concerns or force majeure circumstances.
- RESPONSIBLE TRAVEL
Clients must follow national park rules and instructions from guides at all times. Respect for wildlife, nature and local culture is expected. Unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in the termination of the safari without refund.
- CHILD POLICY
Children are welcome on safari. Some lodges and activities may have age restrictions for safety reasons. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children.
- COMPLAINTS
If there is a problem during safari, please report it immediately to your guide or a Company representative so we can address it. Written complaints must be submitted within seven days of completing your trip.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled in Tanzanian courts.
